PAGE 1 – 4 PANELS
PANEL 1
Two grunts holding the crate from The Frontline #1 between them. General Mordare stands in front of them facing away from them (facing the reader).

Grunt:General Mordare, we have the crate
  
General Mordare:Excellent, please put it by the altar.
  

PANEL 2
Now we see the view from Panel 1 from behind. We get to see what General Mordare looks at. It is a big canvas of the ten men and women in the Saviors (see characters for information). The crate is on the floor with the lid off.

General Mordare:So many years of searching and finally we found them.
  

PANEL 3
General Mordare facing towards the crate. He looks down into it with satisfaction.

General Mordare:Saviors. Even in your death, your legacy will live on.
  

PANEL 4
The reader gets to see what is in the crate. Ten rocks are neatly placed in the hay. Each rock has symbol engraved in it. The symbols are an M, a sun, a bolt, a box floating over a line, a heart, ҉, an umbrella, a rock, a flame and sound waves.

General Mordare:
(off panel)
You were heroes in a world not ready. So, you locked your powers into these minerals
  


PAGE 2 – 7 PANELS
PANEL 1
General Mordare admires one of the rocks in his hand

General Mordare:It is time the world got to see what your powers truly were capable of.
  

PANEL 2
General Mordare looks up from the rock. He shouts out an order.

General Mordare:Get me Sergeant Tom Falcon. Now!
  

PANEL 3
Tom Falcon salutes in front of General Mordare.

Tom Falcon:You asked for me, sir
  
General Mordare:Yes sergeant, your time for war has finally arrived.
  

PANEL 4
Close-up of Tom Falcon. He smiles but his face still seems carved from stone.

Tom Falcon:I’m at your service, sir.
  

PANEL 5
General Mordare tilts Tom Falcon’s head to expose his neck and pushes the rock against Tom Falcon’s neck. The rock glows and spreads across the skin. Tom Falcon screams from pain.

General Mordare:I wouldn’t have accepted it any other way, sergeant.
  
Tom Falcon:Aaaaaaah
  

PANEL 6
Tom Falcon curls into a ball screaming. General Mordare leans over him and puts his hand on Tom Falcon’s back.

General Mordare:Stand up, sergeant. Your better than this.
  

PANEL 7
Tom Falcon stands up and hyperventilates. The rock glows with the ‘M’ symbol. General Mordare stands next to him with his hand on Tom Falcon’s shoulder. General Mordare smiles grimly.

General Mordare:I need you to bring me Mayhem.

All praise the beautiful morning sun as our stunning heroine Dawn used to say.
  

PANEL 6
Nick Farley picks up a cup of coffee on his bedside table.

Radio Ken:
(From radio)
Yeah Dave, but on days like this I wouldn’t want her to shade it for us. 30 degrees Celsius! I’m telling you, it’s going to be marvelous.
  
Radio Dave:
(From Radio)
Yeah, but Umbrella-man could at least have stretched himself to give us something to rest under.

Oh, now I really start to miss the guys n’ girls in The Saviors
  
Radio Dave:

Yeah, they were really something else. Something we haven’t seen since they disappeared. Luckily we haven’t seen the likes of those hideous Supremes.

Nick Farley puts on his suit in the bedroom.

09:30 to 11:30 – Reviewing reports

PANEL 2
Rosy Sanchez waters the flowers covering another one of the apartments big panorama window. Nick Farley walks into the kitchen.

Nick Farley:Good Morning Rosy. How are you today?
  
Rosy Sanchez:I’m good Mr. Farley. Your flowers on the other hand
  
Nick Farley:are a disaster I know. They seem to dislike my quarters
  

PANEL 3
Rosy Sanchez dusts a flower that falls apart from her touch. Nick Farley picks up a bowl of cereal.

Rosy Sanchez:Exactly. Even the new ones die within a couple of days.
  
Nick Farley:I will look into it. Maybe I just need to increase the humidity a bit.
  

PANEL 4
Nick Farley stands alone with the bowl in his hand and a spoon in his mouth. (Rosy Sanchez has walked off panel)

Rosy Sanchez:
(Off panel)
Great! I’ll see you tomorrow. Have a great day.

Cedric Willow sits on the bedside to an exclusive bed. He looks at his Walkie-Talkie (red line) with his headphones plugged in.

Nick Farley:
(Through headphones)
I’ll be patrolling the city this morning.

Susanne Delgermo sits on the bus to the university with her headphones. In her pocket we see her Walkie-Talkie (blue line).

Nick Farley:

To find me activate the GPS by tapping the screen.

Nick Farley twists his Walkie-Talkie. The back and front separates into two functional pieces. Two Nick Farley in Copy suit stands in front of him.

Stephen Duncan puts on his Blast pants in a hurry He hushes at Matt Duncan who stares at him in confusion.

Stephen Duncan:Honey, I gotta run. They pushed the practice earlier

Matt Duncan puts his breakfast bowl on his head.

Stephen Duncan looks at Matt Duncan while sticking his head through the Blast-sweater. Matt Duncan puts up his fist in a fighting stance.

Cerise Duncan:
(Off panel)
Sure Stephen, just remember to take the trash out on our way out.

Stephen Duncan takes a photo of Matt Duncan. Stephen bubbles with laughter. Matt Duncan is still in fighting stance.

Stephen Duncan:Please, don’t tell mom.

Stephen Duncan throws the garbage bag in bin outside their front door. He has headphones in his ears and talks into the Walkie-Talkie.

Stephen Duncan:I’m ready. I’ll be there in twenty

We view Stephen Duncan from behind. He stares at the skyscrapers in the city. A three story tall Tom Falcon with supersized muscles hangs from a skyscraper.

Tom Falcon pulls an iron balk out of the skyscraper.

PANEL 2
A police squad looking up at the sky (it is Tom Falcon they look at but he is off panel). They all hold guns directed into the air. One officer (Officer 1) talks into a com-radio. Another officer (Officer 2) screams.

Officer 1:We need back-up
  
Officer 2:Fire!!!
  

PANEL 3
Tom Falcon jumps down the skyscraper. He swings the iron balks like a sword.

Tom Falcon:Raaargh
  

PANEL 4
Tom Falcon slams the iron balk into the asphalt as he lands. The slam wrecks the asphalt and creates shock waves throwing the police and their cars into the air. The officers scream.

Officer:Aaaaaah
  


PAGE 10 – 6 PANELS
PANEL 1
Police 1 arises from the rubble. He is bruised and bloody. He looks around on the demolished cars and the unconscious officers. He holds his left arm that hangs loosely.

Police 1:Shit
  

PANEL 2
An enormous hand grabs Officer 1’s neck and body.

No Dialogue

PANEL 3
Officer 1 being strangled/crushed by Tom Falcon.

Tom Falcon:You can’t escape the Mayhem!
  

PANEL 4
An energy blast hits Tom Falcon’s arm and the officer disappears.

Tom Falcon:Aaah
  

PANEL 5
Tom Falcon holds his hit arm. He screams at the empty space.

Tom Falcon:Where did you go?
  

PANEL 6
Tom Falcon looking over his shoulder as Blast and Copy (both are off panel) talks to him.

Blast:The officer is far from your harm by now.
  
Copy:You on the other hand have a more stressing concern.
  


PAGE 11 – SPLASH PAGE
PANEL 1
The Frontline lining up among the rubble and the wrecked police cars. Shard is in his metal form while cracking his knuckles. One Copy stands with his arms crossed. Blast has his energy shield up and an energy orb ready in his hand, his eyes glow. A second Copy stands in the center with his arms crossed. Hail stands calmly with her arms to the side. She breathes clouds as in the winter and her hair has turned white. Tornado stands in crouching position from just arriving.

Copy:

Shard turns his skin to spikes. Blast crouches in front of the rest of the Frontline. His shield has become larger and he redirects the iron balk. There are now four Copys. Hail takes cover behind Blast. Tornado runs away.

PANEL 5
Blast taking cover behind the shield. Hail leans closer to him.

Hail:I need water
  
Blast:You got it.
  
Blast:The Frontline, I need a distraction.
  

PANEL 6
Six Copys running toward Tom Falcon. Tornado already kicks Tom Falcon’s head. Shard jumps to the side and fires spikes at Tom Falcon.

Copy:Absolutely
  


PAGE 13 – 7 PANELS
PANEL 1
The six Copys climb allover Tom Falcon. Tornado kicks Tom Falcon in the hollow of the knee. Tom Falcon hold Shard in his left hand. Spikes are stuck in Tom Falcon’s skin. Blast throws himself to the side and fires at a water post.

Blast:Keep him in place.
  

PANEL 2 (Small panel)
The broken water post shooting water up into the air.

PANEL 3
Close-up of Blast.

Blast:Now run!
  

PANEL 4
5 Copys run. 1 Copy is locked in Tom Falcon’s right hand, Shard is still locked in Tom Falcon’s left hand. Tom Falcon looks at Shard. Tom Falcon is pissed.

Copys:Got it!
  
Tom Falcon:You’re dead now.

Tom Falcon throws Hail to the asphalt, hard. He roars. Hail is unconscious

Blast in battle position (think wrestling stance). His shield and orb are ready on his hands.

Tom Falcon slamming his fists against Blast’s shield. The shield stretches to reach the asphalt. The asphalt cave in under Blast and the shield.

Blast barely withstanding the pressure from Tom Falcon’s fists. Sweat roll down his face.

Blast:No,
  

PANEL 3
Blast pushes his right hand against Tom Falcon’s arm and releases a blast burning the arm off.

Blast:You are not.
  
Tom Falcon:Aaaaaaah

Blast shooting Tom Falcon into a wall.

Blast:You are nothing.

Tom Falcon standing against the wall with his left arm bleeding out. The wall has caved in from the hit.

Tom Falcon falls to the floor

Tom Falcon:Mayheeeee

A view of Blast. He looks over his shoulder. He looks really tired.

Blast:We need medical assistance.
Now!
  

PANEL 4
Tornado checks Hail’s pulse. Copy standing over Hail.

Tornado:Hail is hit bad
  
Copy:We have called an ambulance for the creep and help for Hail is already on the way.
  

PANEL 5
A black van halts by Tornado, Copy and Hail. A Copy opens the sliding back door and yells at the heroes.

Copy:
(Inside van)
Get in!
GO go go!
  

PANEL 6
Blast ties the arm of his Blast-sweater around Tom Falcon’s arm to stop the bleeding. Copy inside the van scream at him while the others get in.

Copy:I said go, go, go. That means now.
  


PAGE 20 – 5 PANELS
PANEL 1
View from inside the van. Copy screams at someone off panel (the driver). Blast jumps into the van. In the background we see Tom Falcon on the asphalt. Behind Tom Falcon we see a shadow (General Mordare).

Copy:Now drive! What took you so long?
  

PANEL 2
Close-up of Blast looking over his shoulder.

Blast:I just wanted to make sure…
  

PANEL 3
General Mordare smiling at the reader (the heroes in the van).

Back to Blast looking out from the van. We see Tornado and Shard beside him.

Blast:Who is that?
  
Tornado:I don’t know.
  

PANEL 5
General Mordare further away. His smile is still visible.

Copy:
(Off panel)
Who cares? We need to get away now
  


PAGE 21 – 4 PANELS
PANEL 1
Copy shuts the door in front of Blast.

Copy:Doctor Sanchez, how is she?
  

PANEL 2
A shot of the inside of the car. Hail is in the center of the image on a stretcher. Her shirt is ripped open and we see bruises all over her chest. Mark Sanchez stands beside her. He puts heart rate sensors on her body. The team stands around the stretcher. Blast, Tornado, Shard and Copy stand around the stretcher.

Mark Sanchez:It doesn’t look good, sir, but I need better equipment to be sure.
  
Blast:Can you hold her stable with what we got?
  
Mark Sanchez:I think so, but we really need to hurry.
  

PANEL 3
Copy knocks hard at the closed window to the front seat.

Copy:You heard him. Step on it!
  

PANEL 4
The window to the front seat opens. A Copy from the passenger seat looks back. The driver is also a Copy Both wear sunglasses outside the mask.

Copy:
(Passenger seat)
We are on it. Hold on to whatever you find.
  


PAGE 22 – 5 PANELS
PANEL 1
Close-up of Tom Falcon’s face on the asphalt. Beside it we see General Mordare’s boot.

General Mordare:I am disappointed sergeant.
  

PANEL 2
General Mordare as he leans over Tom Falcon.

General Mordare:You were supposed to bring the Mayhem, but you failed me miserably.
  

PANEL 3
General Mordare’s hand reaches for the rock on Tom Falcon’s neck.

No Dialogue

PANEL 4
General Mordare commanding the Sergeant Harry Winton and Sergeant Paul Deak who stand beside him to come closer.

General Mordare:Sergeant Winton, Sergeant Deak
  
Harry Winton and Paul Deak:Yes, sir.
  

PANEL 5
General Mordare holds up two rocks and smiles. In his right hand we see the one with the ‘M’ symbol and in the left hand we see the on with a bolt on.

General Mordare:Catch them
